The stink is too much to bear. Ever since Trump was in our faces we would say well it can't get any worse and then the next day it would. Now there is no end to the shit show in Congress. I couldn't sleep last night and today I figured out why. Margorie Taylor Green has been placed on the Homeland Security Committee...

Santos actually fits right in with the rest of the House republicans. They all stink, which makes it easier to find each other, like dogs in the dark. I used to want to separate the 'insurrectionists' from the 'moderate,' reasonable republicans, but there is no distinction anymore. They are all in the same foxhole, praying that the Orange Monster doesn't single them out.

I don't think they can just kick him out of office - the voters put him there. The only legal problem is the money -- follow the money is the old adage that in this case might work. The campaign finance laws are pretty clear. If they can prove any illegal campaign contributions they Congress has grounds.

Yes, they CAN kick him out, but it would require a majority of the House members to do so. Which won't happen, because the House repubs don't want to open the door to ethics investigations of their own. The House can do it simply because of violations to their own code of ethics. He doesn't need to be charged with an actual criminal charge to justify his removal. Unfortunately, federal office holders (Senators, House members) cannot be recalled by their voters/constituents.
