Absolutely. Seems that staff and the Archives have a sloppy accounting system which should be reviewed. I am sure that among the volumes of papers that are moved when a President or Vice President leaves office some classified get tossed in the box by staff that don't know any better or are just sloppy. Obviously this was not the case with trump who tried to hide what he had taken.
Hopefully, all the folks you mentioned - and more, I'm assuming - should actually look around their own houses, garages, offices and libraries, and see if they have anything classified laying around. And call the National Archives if they do. When I was a Navy Tech Librarian with a Secret clearance, I NEVER took items off the ship, so I'm clean. But the rest of you? You never know what was left on that Starbuck table...
