Yesterday, a friend of 40+ years sent me the following text …

To use a body surfing analogy, after the ABC capitulation, the billionaires dropping $$$ and other obscenities, I feel like I'm trapped inside looking at an oncoming 12-foot wave. The only thing to do is take a deep breath, wait to be bounced off the bottom, and roll with it until I resurface and start again.

Here was my reply …

I know what you mean. Mitt Romney is doing his cowardly good bye tour, Trump family members are everywhere (including Greece) and a heavy drinker wants to be Sec. of Defense. I’m not a religious person, but Lord help us.

Today, my question is …

Now that Donald Trump has admitted bringing down grocery prices will be harder than he thought, some people are beginning to stockpile canned goods, bottled water and rolls of TP. According to CNN, one consumer estimates he has spent $300 on extras since last month's election. In 2025, he expects to spend an additional $100 each month on top of his regular grocery budget. Wondering: Have you begun stockpiling goods?
