Help send Laguna artists to Italy this fall

Laguna is home to many amazing artists, a handful of whom have been invited to participate in Italy’s Florence Biennale (Oct. 14-22). This coming Sunday, a silent auction is being held at Mozambique. The goal is to raise enough money to help cover the expenses each artist is expected to incur this fall (including shipping one’s art, customs fees, Biennale site fees, travel and more). Organized by LCAD professor and Biennale exhibitor Hilary McCarthy, she assures me the fall show is sanctioned by UNESCO and (that) your donations will be tax-deductible. Come to Mozambique and show your support for Laguna artists Ben Young, Marcel Mead, James Galindo, Rowan Foley, Roberta Booth, Hilary McCarthy and Judith Haron.
