“If you drill you will spill.” The media was on hand as many elected officials joined Jane Fonda Monday morning in Laguna to call for an end to offshore oil drilling. Having coordinated public opposition to the Reagan administration’s drilling plan back in 1985, I was pleased to see so many new people dedicated to advancing this cause now.
