About a fellow letter writer

As seen in today's L.A. Times

I was sorry to read the news about Jean Koch. It looks like we both started writing letters to the editor more than 50 years ago. According to the article, 65 of her letters were published in The Times. I don’t know if Jean submitted other letters to various newspapers, but I’m guessing she did. Voices like Jean Koch’s are rare. I’m sure her family is proud of what she accomplished. Write on, Jean, write on.
