A death wish?

Donald Trump's recent comment about Mitch McConnell's "death wish" has been met with near total silence from GOP lawmakers.  If you ask me, if unanswered, the former president's statement is tantamount to giving some knucklehead permission to kill the senator.  It also makes me wonder.  What would happen to me if I said Trump has a death wish?  My guess is I'd be arrested minutes after suggesting it.  If no one is above the law, then why hasn't 45 been handcuffed and taken to jail?
