With apologies to President Roosevelt and all those who fought in WWII, here's what I wish President Biden would say today.
Yesterday, June 24th, 2022 -- a date which will live in infamy -- America's women were suddenly and deliberately attacked by the United States Supreme Court. America had been at peace with Roe v. Wade since 1973, and was looking forward to maintaining that groundbreaking decision.
Indeed, within minutes of the high court's decision, the streets of America were filled with protesters. I expect them to continue for days, weeks and months into the future.
It will be recorded that the Supreme Court's ruling to overrule Roe v. Wade was deliberately planned for many years. During the intervening time, at least three associate justice nominees publicly expressed false statements during their Senate confirmation hearings. While they said Roe was settled law, deep in their hearts each one of them knew they had other intentions.
The attack yesterday on America's women will cause severe and lasting damage. I regret to tell you millions of wives, life partners and daughters will be lost.
They will be attacked in New York City.
They will be attacked in Atlanta.
They will be attacked in Dallas.
They will be attacked in Chicago.
And they will be attacked in Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix and elsewhere.
Yesterday's facts speak for themselves. Women coast to coast already have formed their opinions and well understand the implications to their lives and safety. As Commander-in-Chief, I have directed that measures be taken in their defense.
No matter how long it may take to reverse the Supreme Court's premeditated decision to end Roe v. Wade, I am confident women of all ages, in their righteous might, will win through to absolute victory.
I believe that I interpret the will of the Congress and of the people when I assert that we will not only defend America's women, but will make it very certain that this form of high court treachery never again endangers us.
Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that America's women are in grave danger.
With confidence in the rule of law, and with the unbounding determination of our people, I know women will gain the inevitable triumph -- so help us God.

Well said Denny...and their next steps will be bans on birth control, same sex marriages, etc. As women we will not sit back and watch our rights taken from us...We are a mighty force that will fight back!
